Cookie and storage policy

1. Essential session cookie

aifel_scan_session

A random value used for abuse-rate controls and provider safety identification. It is first-party, HTTP-only, SameSite=Lax, secure on HTTPS, available across this site, and expires after no more than 24 hours. It protects the process assessment, AI-assisted demonstrations, and inquiry form from abuse.

2. Optional analytics preference

If anonymous analytics is enabled, your allow or decline choice is stored under aifel_analytics_consent_v1 in local storage. Local storage is browser storage, not a cookie. Granting consent permits only allowlisted first-party page views and named journey or assessment milestones. Declining sends no analytics event.

3. What analytics does not use

The implemented analytics contract does not use third-party advertising cookies, cross-site identifiers, fingerprinting, form fields, messages, workflow descriptions, or process-assessment output. Browser Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signals cause the optional measurement to remain off.

4. Your controls

When analytics is enabled, choose Allow or No thanks in the preference panel. You can reopen the panel from Analytics preferences in the footer. You can also clear site data in your browser. Blocking the essential cookie may prevent the assessment, AI-assisted demonstrations, or inquiry form from working.

5. Changes

We will update this page before introducing a materially different cookie, storage purpose, or analytics provider. The effective date identifies the current disclosure.
