These terms govern use of the public website, its interactive demonstrations, inquiry form, and preliminary process assessment. Paid work is governed by a separate written agreement.
1. Using this website
You may use the public website for lawful evaluation of Aifel Labs and its services. You must not interfere with the site, bypass safeguards, submit material you are not authorised to provide, or use the interfaces in violation of the Acceptable Use Policy.
2. Demonstrations and process assessment
The Atelier and ORBIT experiences are synthetic demonstrations, not client results, live inventory, or real transactions. The process assessment and selected demonstrations use AI and can be incomplete or inaccurate. Their output is a preliminary planning aid or fictional result—not a production design, guarantee, quote, booking, or professional determination. Human validation is required before relying on it.
3. Inquiries and engagements
Submitting an inquiry does not create a client, advisory, fiduciary, employment, or partnership relationship. A project begins only under a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, responsibilities, confidentiality, intellectual property, data processing, and acceptance.
4. Intellectual property
The website's original design, copy, software, and brand assets belong to Aifel Labs or their respective licensors. You may view and use the site for its intended purpose, but may not copy, resell, or misrepresent protected material except where law or a licence permits.
5. Availability and third parties
We may change, restrict, or withdraw website features. Links or processing by third-party services are subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party sites outside our control.
6. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided as available without a promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any other limitation applicable to a paid engagement belongs in its written agreement.
7. Governing terms and updates
These website terms are governed by applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates, subject to any mandatory rights that apply where you live. We may update them for website, operational, or legal changes; the effective date identifies the current version.
