These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Aifel Labs FZ-LLC's ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") website, services, and products. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

1. SERVICES

The Company provides artificial intelligence consulting and implementation services, including but not limited to AI strategy development, implementation, and optimization ("Services"). We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our Services, and any service or material we provide, in our sole discretion without notice.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of the Company. Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you may provide regarding the Service is entirely voluntary and we will be free to use such feedback, comments, or suggestions as we see fit without any obligation to you.

3. USER OBLIGATIONS

You agree to: (a) Provide accurate, current, and complete information when using our Services; (b) Maintain the security of your account and accept all risks of unauthorized access; (c) Promptly notify us if you discover or otherwise suspect any security breaches; (d) Comply with all applicable laws and regulations; (e) Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

4. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not: (a) Use the Services in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Services; (b) Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the Services; (c) Use the Services for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent; (d) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY, NOR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES.

6. DISCLAIMER

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

8. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

9. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses.

10. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
